What Is It?

An official event of the 2nd Annual Wisconsin Black Art & Culture Expo

Artist Call and Response Tour of works by Black artists held in the permanent collection at Racine Art Museum. Led by artists Mutope Johnson and Scott Terry, they will speak on pieces from the permanent collection of the Racine Art Museum.

A collaboration with RAM & Mahogany brings a unique event to the community and the EXPO2.  

The Wisconsin Black Art & Culture Expo. 2023, affectionately referred to as Expo2,  is collaborative and inclusive community celebration of Black creatives in the arts.  Expo2 is a two-month long series of events that encompasses activities held at UW-Parkside, Mahogany Black Arts & Cultural Center, and other venues throughout Racine and Milwaukee.
