Day One

Collector’s Reception / Meet & Greet

The weekend begins with an invitation-only Opening Nite After Party at Hudson VU Rooftop after the premiere of the Harlem Fine Art Show. Set against sweeping skyline views, guests will enjoy curated cocktails, music, and conversation in an elegant after-hours setting. This private gathering offers collectors the opportunity to connect with artists and fellow patrons in a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere.

The invitation-only Opening Nite After Party at Hudson VU Rooftop blends exceptional cuisine, meticulously crafted cocktails, and elevated menu offerings for the evening. Set against sweeping skyline views, guests will enjoy curated cocktails, music, and conversation in an elegant after-hours setting.

Day Two

Guests are invited to a privately guided tour of the Studio Museum of Harlem, offering insider curatorial perspectives on exhibitions shaping the canon of Black art. This experience is designed for thoughtful dialogue, learning, and reflection within one of the most significant cultural institutions in the country.

RARE ARTIST ACCESS
PRIVATE STUDIO VISIT

The weekend concludes with a private studio visit and meet & greet with artist Guy Stanley Philoche.

Guests will step inside the artist’s creative space, explore works in progress, and engage in intimate conversation about process, inspiration, and collecting.

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
