Concerts are rain or shine. Umbrellas are permitted, but raincoats are encouraged as an alternative to

umbrellas for concert-goer courtesy

All tickets purchased are non-refundable.

Be sure to bring everything you need to the concert. Once on campus, you are unable to leave and

return without purchasing another ticket. Picnic dinners are allowed, bag chairs, blankets, and small

folding tables. No open fires or grills are allowed on concert day.

No reserved seating is available. We ask concert-goers to be considerate of others when placing

chairs and blankets.

Gates open at 5:00 pm. DJ starts at 5:30 pm, and the live music begins around 7:00 pm and ends at

approximately 9:00 pm. The grounds close 30 minutes after the concert ends. No persons may be on

the grounds after 10:00 pm.

Professional photographic and video or audio recording equipment is not allowed

The municipal ordinance states that persons are not allowed to carry in any alcoholic beverages. All

bags or coolers brought onto the Wustum Grounds WILL BE SEARCHED and alcoholic beverages

will be held until the end of the concert. Beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are available for

purchase on concert grounds. Proof of age for alcoholic beverage purchases is required.

Alcohol sales end: approximately one hour prior to the ending of the concert or following intermission.

Policy: strictly adheres to all local and state laws regarding alcohol consumption. Guests must be

expected to be "carded" for appropriate I.D. when purchasing alcohol. RAM reserves the right to

refuse service or admission to anyone.

No glass bottles or glass of any kind is permitted.

Persons are encouraged to clean up their area when leaving. Litter barrels and recycling bins are

located throughout the grounds.

Children 18 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times and kept under

supervision.

Courtesy of the performances is required. We ask that you talk quietly if you must talk at

all. Volunteers are instructed to escort any disruptive concert-goer off the grounds. We want everyone

to enjoy the concerts and ask for your help and consideration toward others and the performers.

Firearms and explosives are prohibited, no exceptions. For your safety and the safety of all our guests,

all items brought into the park (including, without limitation, coolers, picnic baskets, bags, backpacks

and purses) are subject to search upon entry or reentry onto the grounds.

Service Animals: We welcome service animals as defined by federal law. Comfort/emotional support

animals will not be allowed to enter the park or Pavilion. Please note for the safety of all guests, a guest

whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other RAM guests or employees, or is not

housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

In the fine print, additional ticket information:

• Your ticket is a revocable license. Admission is subject to terms, conditions and policies

established by the museum.

• All programs and artists are subject to cancellation or change without notice.

• No refunds will be given unless a performance is cancelled in its entirety, with no replacement

performance scheduled.

• Latecomers, after 7:00 pm, will be seated at the discretion of the management.

• Admission serves as consent for RAM to capture and use your photo, image and/or voice in

RAM’s promotional materials.

Wustum Grounds are smoke free!

• There will be a designated smoking area in the northwest parking lot

• Please note that these are the only two areas in which smoking will be permitted by law.

• E-Cigarettes are treated in the same manner as regular cigarettes, which is to say that their use

is restricted to the designated smoking area.
